CAOBISCO Statictical bulletin

CAOBISCO has published its 2021 Statistical Bulletin covering the most recent available data on the chocolate, fine bakery wares and confectionery sectors in Europe (figures from 2019).

The annual CAOBISCO Statistical Bulletin contains key figures illustrating the importance of the sectors represented by CAOBISCO (sugar confectionery, chocolate and fine bakery wares). It covers a broad range of areas including Production, Imports, Exports, Consumption, Consumption per capita, V.A.T. rates on CAOBISCO products, Trade Partners.

The figures are based on PRODCOM and COMEXT data (only for EU countries), as reported officially by EUROSTAT, and, corrected and completed where appropriate by our members at country level.

Analytical methods

The methods are sold at 15 € each + (bank and postal costs).
Method 39 is sold at 30€.
